Sound baths are a deep experience of harmony and relaxation through the vibration of therapeutic instruments.

During the session, you lie down comfortably, close your eyes, and allow the sound waves to envelop your entire body.

What happens during a sound bath?
A sound bath is a meditative and sensory experience.
You don’t need to do anything — simply surrender to the sound and allow yourself to feel.
The frequencies emitted by the instruments help the nervous system to relax, calm brain waves, and guide the body into a state of deep rest and regeneration.
The natural harmonics produced by the instruments act on all levels of being — physical, mental, emotional, and energetic — helping to:

In each session, a sound journey is created with different instruments carefully selected:
Tibetan and crystal singing bowls, quartz pyramid, shamanic drum, gongs, ocean drum, rain stick, tingshas, bells, koshi chime, and more.
Each of them emits unique frequencies that help cleanse, balance, and raise the vibration.
When combined, they generate an immersive sound field that invites the body and mind to surrender to inner silence.
