Usui Reiki Level 1 is the gateway to an ancient practice of channeling life force energy. It is a space for personal reconnection, designed to help you learn how to support your own wellbeing, balance your energy system and accompany others with presence and respect.

In Tenerife, this Reiki Level 1 training is offered as a private and personalised experience in Adeje, adapted to your needs and to the format you choose: one-to-one, couples or a small group.

During this training, you will learn the foundations of Reiki, how to channel energy through your hands and different techniques that you can incorporate into your own wellbeing practice as well as use when working with others.

What will you learn in Reiki Level 1?

Throughout the training, we will explore:

• What Reiki is, its pillars and fundamental principles.
• History: The origins and philosophy of Usui Reiki.
• Energy Anatomy: Energy, Chakras and subtle bodies.
• How a Reiki session works.
• The importance of intention, presence and energetic connection.
• Self-treatment: Self-Reiki techniques to practise on yourself.
• How to give a basic Reiki session to another person.
• Different hand positions.
• Techniques for energetic protection, cleansing and preparing the space.
• The Five Reiki Principles and how to incorporate them into everyday life.

The Initiation

As part of the training, you will receive your Reiki Level 1 initiation or attunement, a special moment within the process — a sacred ritual through which your channel is opened and attuned to universal life force energy.

The training combines theory, practice, meditation and personal experience, allowing you to integrate the knowledge in a natural and meaningful way.

Reiki Level 1 Training Formats

• One-to-One / Private Training: A completely personalised training experience, adapted 100% to your own pace, needs and personal process.
• Couples Training: A learning and initiation experience to share with someone special.
• Small Group (Maximum 4 people): An intimate way to learn and practise Reiki together, while maintaining personalised attention.

Who is Reiki Level 1 for?
