Couples Harmony Experience is a private and personalised experience that combines conscious breathing, movement, stretching, partner yoga, aromatherapy and a relaxing sound bath.

We begin by creating a space for presence and connection through conscious breathing, accompanied by carefully selected essential oils to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

We then gradually introduce movement, stretching and partner yoga, exploring touch, support and coordination in a natural and enjoyable way.

The experience culminates in a sound bath, where Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, gong and other instruments guide you towards a deeply relaxing state.

This is not simply a yoga class for two.

It is a space to share, connect and enjoy being together, through conscious breathing, movement, mindful touch, aromas and sound.

Partner practices invite you to listen to each other, support one another and move in harmony, creating a different and meaningful experience of connection.

Aromatherapy adds another sensory dimension to the experience, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere throughout the session.

You do not need any previous yoga experience. The practice is adapted to your level and guided in a gentle, respectful and approachable way.

📍 Where does the experience take place?

The experience can take place in my private space in Adeje or, if you prefer, at your accommodation in the south of Tenerife.

A travel supplement applies for sessions at your accommodation.
