Gentle Yoga

Are you new to yoga? Do you think you are old? Do you have any physical condition? Are you looking for a gentler practice in a small group?

New gentle yoga classes suitable to everyone: people with limitations, those who can not do intense exercises, people with stiffness due to lack of activity, chronic conditions, people recovering from surgery, illness or injury, for seniors, beginners, pregnant women or practicioners who are looking for a gentle and more relaxed practice focused on breath and body awareness.

Gentle Yoga is a low intensity practice designed to promote relaxation and reduce stress, beneficial to improve flexibility and release tension.

In Gentle Yoga, we make modifications of the poses and the movement is slow, each movement is linked with breath, and we enter into the postures gradually—moving in and out of each pose first, and maybe holding the position. This preparation and fluid entry into postures protects and nurtures the joints, muscles, and connective tissue.

One gentle yoga class includes breathing exercises and a final guided relaxation, it also can includes meditation and yoga nidra.

Moreover, performing yoga on the beach allows us to connect with the sea and the nature that surrounds us.

Mornings: Thursdays at 9:00 to 10:30am

Single class: €10

Bookings are required at least one day in advance. Places are limited. Super-Reduced Group.

Classes start on time, so please arrive 5-10 minutes earlier.
